First computers ordered and installed at Calgary Branch.
Purchased land and building in Prince Albert.
Opened Industrial branch in Vancouver, B.C.

Purchased the assets of B.A. Robinson Electric inlcuding branches in Winnipeg, Brandon, Thompson, The Pas, Flin Flon, and Kenora. This acquisition added 7 more branches.

Purchased the Electrical division of NESCO in Thunder Bay and Dryden, Ontario.

EECOL Electric achieves ISO9002 Certification as a Quality Assured Company at all branch locations.
EECOL Electric forms a joint venture company in Chile, South America.
